While uncommon, delays may arise between dispatch and arrival to you. This is completely out of our control and we advise that no tradesmen is booked in before goods have arrived in A1 condition. We are not liable for incurred costs as a result of this.
It is assumed that the delivery address is accessible by large lorry, if this is likely to be a problem, please inform us at the point of ordering. You will be liable for redelivery charges if any access issues are not reported to us prior to ordering.
